What is Gratitude Log & Why Do You Need One on Your Bujo Spreads
If you haven’t created and used a gratitude log on your bullet journal spreads, then you miss out a lot.
By keeping a gratitude page, you can gain so many advantages, in time you will;
- Become more present
- Stay in touch with your goals
- Don’t get mad/feel sad for too long when something bad happens
- Realize you don’t need as much as you thought before and be grateful for what you already have
Those things are just some of the examples that you’ll reap by practicing gratitude journal daily.
I can’t stress this enough of how a big deal it is to have one dedicated gratitude page on your bujo.
So many times it keeps me sane and you know those days when you feel like what you are having aren’t enough?
And that negative feeling you got right after you compared yourself with someone else’s life?
Yeah, been there too many times but luckily this gratitude journal helps me stay on track and focus doing my own thing.
How to Use Gratitude Log on Your Bujo Spreads
Doing your best to feel grateful every day will make a huge difference in your life without you even notice it.
But what if there are some days where you just don’t know what to feel grateful for? where you’ve put pretty much the same things on the list for 7 days straight?
While it’s good to feel grateful for the big things in life such as; your job and family, it doesn’t always have to be the big thing. For the most part, I like to count the really tiny small things that are happening in my life. Because for me, they matter.
Like this morning I feel grateful for the hot chocolate pack I got from Walmart because it tastes better than from the coffee shop I usually had. Or the other day where I was so grateful to enjoy cherry blossoms near home.
Though it feels like nothing, trust me, those small-small things will add up to your daily dose of happiness without you realize it. So many good things in life that we tend to take for granted and only when we write down those little things, we’d know how much they meant for us.
