Ok, what do we have for today, Abby? Bullet journal weekly spread?
For so long I thought we can just create the same weekly spread 4 times a month in the same theme.
And as you know I’m not super creative with my spreads yet so I always end up having the same layouts, though they are still useful.
But don’t we wanna make them useful AND beautiful at the same time?
So I found out endless inspirations (well, actually there are 100 spreads here) for bullet journal weekly spreads that I wanna share with you.
I have to share them with you, because what’s the point of keeping all of these ideas for myself right?
Ok let’s get started.
What is Bullet Journal Weekly Spread?
Bullet journal weekly spread or weekly log is a page you create to track and see what’s happening during that month on your spreads.
For a beginner, it shouldn’t be hard to create one and I always recommend to not try too hard in making it look ‘aesthetic’ and focus more on how useful it is for you for the next 7 days.
I know it gets overwhelming once you open Pinterest and see those beautiful spreads, especially when you can’t draw or doodle like me.
There are things you can put on your bullet journal weekly spread such as tasks to do, people’s birthday, events to attend, upcoming projects and weekly goals.
Bullet Journal Weekly Spread Ideas – based on each month
When I looked up for these inspirations, I’m surprised by how creative people are with their weekly spread. (duh)
Not only they decorate their spread based on a theme they pick that month, but also they put additional sections such as; quote, bucket list, goals and many other interesting things I never thought before.
Ok. you were like, “enough with the talking Abby, let’s see how creative these people are!”
Alrighty then! Let’s get into it!
I break it down based on each month here. My purpose is to help you get an exact idea of what theme you can use.
Let’s say, you got stuck or bored with your own spread, so the next week you can just scroll to certain month and find one you’d like to try here. As simple as that!
Here comes the beginning of the year. When everyone is on fire with their new year resolutions.

The month who is full of colors and you finally get to wear that yellow dress to the park nearby.
With the bujo spreads this month, people are of course exploring to the fullest with their colorful brush pens.
As you can see here, most spreads have yellow or pink in it with the mix of other colors that pop up.
More cheerful themes such as cupcakes and orange juice are also applied to make it more exciting.
Since Summer is still here, I’d go with colorful flowery spreads all over again for this month.
There are also some cute cactus doodles here you can try. But if you can’t doodle yet, don’t worry!
I found this video by Amanda Rachlee to be really helpful to help you get started in learning how to doodle.
